Each winter, thousands of visitors arrive in Ocala for the World Equestrian Center season, with many staying for weeks or even months at a time. As the area’s equestrian calendar continues to grow, finding comfortable accommodations for an extended visit has become increasingly competitive, prompting many families to secure their plans well in advance.
Beginning with the winter 2027 season, IronCrest will introduce a limited collection of private townhome accommodations created specifically for seasonal visitors. Located within the gated IronCrest community, the residences will offer families, competitors, owners, trainers and guests the comfort of a private home while remaining just minutes from Ocala’s premier equestrian destinations.
Rather than adapting to hotel living for weeks at a time, guests will enjoy spacious residential accommodations, generous gathering areas and convenient access to The Club at Iron Lake, creating a more comfortable way to experience the winter season.
Townhome Accommodations Designed for Seasonal Living
The new two-story townhomes offer approximately 2,420 square feet of living space and are available in thoughtfully planned three- and four-bedroom floor plans. Multiple ensuite bedrooms, open gathering areas and flexible living spaces make the residences well suited for families, traveling companions and extended visits.
The layouts include a powder room for guests, spacious kitchens, open living and dining areas, covered entries and porches, storage and, in select plans, a first-floor bedroom suite. Upstairs, the primary suite is complemented by additional bedrooms, ensuite baths and covered balcony space.
For families traveling during the winter equestrian season, the layout provides the flexibility to stay together while maintaining personal space. Parents, children, guests, trainers and extended family can comfortably share one residence with private bedrooms, separate baths and inviting indoor and outdoor gathering areas.
The townhome neighborhood includes 20 residences arranged across four five-unit buildings adjacent to the community pool and recreation area. Residents will enjoy a 1,462-square-foot pool with surrounding brick-paver terraces, sauna facilities and a covered grilling and seating area. The neighborhood also includes 63 parking spaces, including accessible parking, providing added convenience throughout the season.
Monthly accommodations are especially valuable during Ocala’s busiest winter months, when visitors often return repeatedly for competitions, training, business, family activities and social events. IronCrest offers an opportunity to settle into one residence for the season rather than moving between shorter hotel stays.
This is a first-time opportunity at IronCrest, and availability is expected to be limited. Visitors already planning for the winter 2027 season are encouraged to inquire early.
